"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. "So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. "Spotlessly clean large apartment in centre of Kaprun. Easy walk to the ski bus and a little further to the lifts. Parking right outside the apartment excellent communication with the owner who met us at the door although it has a keycode. Everything was first rate and we enjoyed the added luxury of the sauna. "This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value. "
