This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

The rooms are so nice and clean and the mansion is beautiful inside and out.

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

Very clean. Spacious lobby with several areas for gathering and chatting. Good breakfast and a surprisingly good evening happy hour, with not only beer and wine but also mixed drinks and hot food. Staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Big parking garage with hotel entrances on every level.

It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. We loved our stay at Cherry Warehouse and would return. Received detailed instructions for parking and entry. Lovely room that felt like we were in a studio apartment, not a hotel room, with very comfortable bed and bedding. Enjoyed the rooftop patio, appreciated the Nespresso in the common area, the decor and art books all made it a special place to stay. Good location, walking distance to National WWI Museum and the free Kansas City Streetcar. Great breakfast at The Garage across the street.

You and your staff made a difficuly weekend for our family after a year ago tragedy easier and lighter. Linzy in the Bar and restaurant was especially kind......the food fantastic, the music delightful and the service from the Bellman to front desk were so polite and helpful

The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas.

1812 was clean, comfortable, and felt like a safe place to be in the heart of downtown Kansas City. The owner and our host were so friendly and they are proud of the building and its history. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!
