"The place was in a great location for what we needed and it was very quiet. I am not sure if I would have booked if I had known all of the rules beforehand or known that it was a duplex with the owners connected. It's completely possible that info is in the listing and I just missed it. We were looking forward to using the laundry while we were there, but when we really needed it we found the other tenants (we think owners) using it. We didn't realize ahead of time that it was shared. "

"This house was one of the most fully equipped houses I havve ever rented - and with quality pots/pans & dinnerware. They had everything I needed to cook for a family of four. Joshua and Genneva were super great hosts and very communicative. The house was comfortable and welcoming. I would definately stay here again."
