“This place is very rural. Katherine is a very nice host.The unit itself is about 10 ft by 20ft. The inside table for dining is in the photo with a glass top. There are two stools, a coffee maker, a small fridge, and a Queen-sized bed on a platform. The mattress was very comfortable. It might be a bit challenging for older guests to get on the bed. “The house was unique and special - not the kind of generic room or apartment you find on rental sites these days. Its location was close to the volcanoes national park, but also remote and isolated. Joshua and Geneva gave us excellent directions to get there with ease and checked on us to ensure we had all we needed. Our five-year-old was pleased with all of the games, books, and decorations that showed him that kids are welcome at Volcano Home. Beds were comfortable and blankets were plentiful.……

“Jenny was very welcoming and we arrived in time for a brief tour of the home. The amenities met our needs in preparing for meals, the drive to the store is quite a ways away. So make sure you got your list and make your stops before heading into Fern Acres. It’s a beautiful place and an adventurous property. Amazing home! I would’ve never know the lifestyle in this style home, but it’s very beautifully set and modern.There’s lots of activities and games to do family time together. The back porch……
