“This is a wonderful place to stay in Puna. It is in the heart of the area and they regularly host events, which can be fun to attend. They have a cafe at the reception area with some healthy food options, mostly pre-made.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s peaceful, private, and truly feels like an off‑grid escape in the best way. The natural‑resource power setup worked beautifully — the A/C kept the space cool, and the hot water in the shower was perfect every time. One big tip for future guests: follow the host’s directions exactly. Do NOT rely on GPS the way we did on our first drive in. The road the host recommends is paved and easy. The parallel road the GPS tried to send us down was not paved and made……
