"Fair warning to all travelers, screen shot the instructions to get into the cottage before you leave Pāhoa as the reception is spotty at best. I had to drive all the way back to Pahoa to get the information onto my phone. Cottage is quaint and small but delivers what was Expected. Clean, ac worked quite well, all the amenities you Would need. Beach across the way is an optional clothing beach so be aware if you have kids lol. It’s a taste of actually Hawaii living and not at a resort. Sofa...

"A beautiful and slightly secluded property that is practically in a jungle. This is the coolest place I have stayed for sure. Imagine Avatar the movie in real life, that's what I kept thinking to myself! Also there is a great black sand beach within walking distance!"

"Perfect stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to do including the volcano. Clean and comfortable. the only thing we found ourselves missing was a microwave but we were able to make due with everything else available which was perfect. Thank you for the comfortable stay.
