You must take out the garbage yourself in these units, read the fine print. Some serious pot holes around the area so be very cautious. Now the good- very clean rooms, easy access to skiing and kid activities. Ice maker with the fridge which is always a bonus, washer and dryer is a plus. Just nice warm homely space. ”
