"Quirky European feel. To enter the property you have to be let in my staff, since the hotel is on market street which can have a lot of homeless etc. They manage to make you feel transported to another time and place inside, my room had a nice view too. 318.…""Quirky European feel. "Very clean and new! Staff well trained and attentive. Good location....can walk to SOMA, Embarcadero, Union Square. The only downside, which isn't the fault of Four Seasons, is that so many businesses in the city are out of business and/or boarded up as it struggles to come back from the virus. "I just left this hotel yesterday. What a great place. Beautiful, clean, absolutely nice people to welcome you. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, that was my concern, due to lens aberration of photos can distort the size of the room, but what a great surprise, it was above and beyond. "Ive read so many bad reviews. I booked 3 nights.... here it goes. Pros: 1. GREAT PRICE! I got a deal off Expedia for $55 a night. 2. Location Location Location! 3. I was given room #404 (a top floor, corner room). It had 2 beautiful windows the overlooked the city below. 4. Staff was very nice. 5. Bed was comfy. 6. Although there wasn’t parking for hotel, there was PLENTY of metered spaces out front. After 6pm, it was FREE! Cons: 1. This not only a hotel, but a apartment building also! People love there, I walked by a room that happened to have the door slightly opened. Let’s just say their room was a dirty crack room! Although I will say I felt safe once I was in MY own room, i think it was interesting that they would allow people to live like pigs within the place. 2. I was given ONE towel. JUST ONE. If I wanted a fresh towel, I had to return the dirty one before I could get a new one. 3. The elevator wasn’t working. (Prepare to get a stair workout). ALL IN ALL...
