It's starting to show it's wear and tear. Could use a few more breakfast options. Otherwise it was a good stay. Comfortable bed, hot shower, and was safe.

Cutest b&b vibe ever. My boyfriend and I stayed and had so much space, felt like our own little home! It was so nice and the bed was extremely comfy. Super convenient and the 290 wine shuttle picks up right across the street. Will be back!!

Great location

This is a nice lower priced motel to spend the night. The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very nice. We will stay there again when we travel thru Junction, Texas.

We have a tiny, non-shedding dog and we’re not going to pay $75 pet deposit for her. In searching for hotels I ran across this one with no pet fee so we booked it. Pleasantly surprised! Room was perfect for our needs and we had a comfortable night. The floors could be a bit cleaner (mopped) but otherwise it was an easy off/on the freeway and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again. Bonus: the person manning the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was dark enough to keep the light out. When I laid in the bed, I did not last long. Staff was friendly. Even with the COVID situation, I did not feel pushed away. Would stay there again.

We travelled to Bandera, Texas from Missouri for the Bandera 100k race and neglected to reserve a room for when we were done. After we were done racing we were easily able to reserve a room even though it was already midnight and drive the 20 miles there. I was greeted by two friendly and chatty gentleman who were expecting me, I wish I had gotten their names because they were great. Old style, 50s-60s motel. Room was clean and well ordered. Everything in the room was in good working order. Location is perfect, 1 mile from Fredericksburg, TX town center.

An excellent property for the purchase price. Clean room with a new comfortable mattress. It was an older property, however the owners made great efforts to update this facility.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little hesitant about booking because of the reviews. But it was a great room. There was road noise but that subsided after 10 pm. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing I could complain about is the loose toilet seat.

We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the front desk. Our room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. A lot more than what I was expecting for the price. Quite and close to attractions. We will stay there again.
