“A well-equipped 2 bed apartment in Keswick town centre, but quiet - apart from emptying the bottle bins from the pub next door! It was clean, tidy, well laid out with good quality linen and towels. There were one or two extra utensils that would have been handy in the kitchen, but it was well stocked with all the consumables you often have to buy from scratch. Again, a minor point, but expecting departing guests to strip all bedding and bag up it all up with towels etc for the laundry under……

“While the room was clean it wasn’t very good in the corners. Doors couldn’t be left open and found this a safety issue as they shut very quickly. The shower was new but the rail the shower head was on was in a really stupid place also it was on the curve of the bath a safety issue we also had to request a bath mat which was quickly fixed. The balcony was lovely chairs and table provided but dirt in all the corners. The tv was a pain to get on. The on site shop and cafe weren’t ever open this……

“Wasn’t able to communicate with the host before the arrival, but in the end I didn’t have any problems. The flat is centrally located, spacious and clean. While the kitchen is fully equipped, it would be appreciated to provide some toilet essentials such as soap and shampoo. Overall, I’d recommend it”

“Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! Definitely wasn’t going to use it which then made having a shower extremely unsafe, was very……

"We had a wonderful stay here! The room was really spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the heating kept us nice and warm despite the cold weather. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the bus stop and within easy walking distance of the town centre and the launch. All the staff we met were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They helped us with our luggage, returned the earphones I’d accidentally left behind, and were so kind to prepare a lovely breakfast for us even before breakfast hours, as we had an early train to catch. Would definitely recommend!"

"The room was very clean and had just been renovated, making it feel much more comfortable. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and could improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff provided excellent service and deserve recognition. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."
