“Very clean, lovely location and pretty quiet even on a friday night. Shell the housekeeper made the room spotless and the staff were all very helpful. Only 20min drive from Leicester so it was perfect. ”

Bar / restaurant offered excellent food and drinks both in the evening and next morning for breakfast. Continental Breakfast included in the price was more than sufficient for our needs. “Had low expectations of a motorway services hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived late and had a really pleasant welcome by the guy in reception. Asked where I was off to in the morning and pleased he did as he told me about the shortcut to get back on the M6 southbound. Saved me a 20mile detour. Lady in the morning was also very pleasant. Room was clean and quiet for a hotel on the M6. Was great value for a bed for the night. ”

“Very quiet and peaceful area, right next to a church and a town square. Own kitchen and restaurant. Only had breakfast and it was great. Shower and WiFi also worked as it should”

“What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area”

“I received a warm welcome and the room was clean and spacious. There was fresh milk and fresh fruit available in the mini-fridge, which was thoughtful; also, delicious home made chocolate cake! This suited me perfectly for a one-night stopover on my travels.”
