The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos."

We stayed two nights and extended our stay two nights to further avoid smoke/fires in the east. Check in was easy and owner was responsive. Kitchen had basic essentials. Kettle but no coffee pot. Yard/garden could use maintenance but again, great for dog. Note that bedrooms are upstairs."
