"First off this is an older hotel but it's nonetheless quite nice and comfortable. It's in a good part of town, not far from a large grocery store (important if your making any hikes, treks in the nearby parks and trails as you can then make your own sandwiches and buy ample beverages for your journeys). The room was clean and HUGE with ample parking. The bed was comfortable and the bedding, especially the pillows were excellent. The town is great, a bit quaint but inviting. I saw there were two "old school" movie theaters in operation on the main drag which if I were staying longer I would have gone to... . Local people are approachable and friendly. Again, this is an older hotel but well kept and close to everything you could want at an affordable price."

"This A-frame type house was an eclectic but perfect spot on the mountain top. Inside were dozens of form of. COFFEE and flavors. I thought the house was very reasonably priced. Master bedroom on the second level was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The house had this cluttered but very comfortable vibe.Refrigerator and pantry were jam stocked with lots of things we were able to use. Gorgeous view from the living room or from the outdoor patio.Our welcoming night was a big storm in the distance with lightning that made for an exciting first evening at the house.The outdoor patio was great where we enjoyed our snacks and cocktails those evenings. The last evening we were able to get quite a fire started in the fire pit, which was fun. The owner instructions to use a hose to douse the fire so as to protect these fragile areas from fire damage.We did not use the indoor fireplace.Our thanks go to Torin and lovely and memorable stay, he was available at every turn for questions"
