"The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room."

"Great place, newly redone, very clean, everything you need in the place, right near one of the ski gondalas, near to Libushi taproom, near the main village Street, and great pricing on skiing gear. Definitely recommend!"

"The property location is ideal for ski in/out at Happo One. Unfortunately, the only grocery store is a 20$ taxi drive (one way). Communication was extremely hard prior to check in. We called the # from expedia’s confirmation email and it was an australian number that was out of service. We emailed 3 different contacts only to be answered 2 days later saying that they could not help us as they were in australia. "This place was cozy and the chairlift was nearby- literally walking distance. Special shout-out to Jason who is friendly and helpful host. Will definetly recomend and will stay in this accomodation if I ever do come back to Nozawa. Two thumbs up!!!"

"Has problem with the shuttle bus driver when we arrived at Echigo Yuzawa station as he insists us to show him the bus voucher. The apps that the hotel sent to me was unable to open so I told the driver that I will give it to him at the hotel but he didn't accept eventhough I showed him my booking and receipt. "
