“The staff was helpful except for Francisco the general manager. He was very dismissive, rude, and treated my 9 year old daughter and I poorly. For example, my daughter and I were checking out snacks and he kept hovering & trying to hurry us along… out of protection for my daughter (it was a Daddy/daughter vacation), I pushed back and told him- we will be done when we are done… when we went to pay for the items he scowled at us and attempted to make us feel like second class citizens. “Clean room and friendly staff”

“The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. What they had to work with was poor. Marriott should be ashamed to keep a hotel with their name on it in such rough condition. Every guest that I spoke to had issues with their room. For me I had to change rooms because of extremely low water press so that the toilet barely flushed and took five minutes to fill between each flush (I timed it) and needed repeated flushing to clear the bowl completely. I don’t know about others but I had……
