“Good”

“The good… The hotel and the room were clean, as they should be. Everything else… Front desk gentleman was not particularly friendly or sociable. We needed extra blankets for my son who was sleeping on the pull out couch/bed since there was only one thin blanket and a sheet. He acted like it was a chore to accommodate us, and told me that they could only spare one extra blanket. Another critique is the old TVs in the rooms… as well as the lockdown the hotel has on their settings. I couldn’t……

“Close to supermarket staffs are nice”

“Elevator out of service room has a smoker smell we have to ask to be moved to a different room”

“This was not a good stay at all. Started out with hair all over bathroom floor. Called front desk and they said they would send someone right up-no one ever came up. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the whole 5 days we stayed there. The washer and dryer were broken. We were there for softball tournament and needed it, so ended up going to laundromat. I assume mower was broke too because grass was overgrown and never taken care of while we were there. Breakfast was a joke and next to……

“Pleasant stay.”

“The pool area could be better. Always out of towels. Only had 1 elevator worked all week which was an inconvenience since the hotel was packed.”
