“The hotel was great; my disappointment might be more with Expedia in that I reached out to the hotel to find out if I could have changed my reservation but didn't hear back until it was too late to change the reservation, which was disappointing.”

“Reserved a handicapped room but did not get one. Pool was too cold to use. Breakfast was not that great.”

“Hotel was fien for the value. The night was quiet and we slept well. We had no problems. I did notice that the furniture appeared unkempt. For example the rolling desk chair in the room did not work well (could not be adjusted) and one of its arms was chipped off. That did suggest that the hotel could use some repairs”

“The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. What they had to work with was poor. Marriott should be ashamed to keep a hotel with their name on it in such rough condition. Every guest that I spoke to had issues with their room. For me I had to change rooms because of extremely low water press so that the toilet barely flushed and took five minutes to fill between each flush (I timed it) and needed repeated flushing to clear the bowl completely. I don’t know about others but I had……

“We had a wonderful experience with this cabin. Eddi was incredible to communicate with. Incredibly minor issues was the bed was not very comfortable for me, but my partner found it to be fine. The kitchen was awesome but it was missing a cookie sheet and/or pizza pan. Many cobwebs around the back porch that we took some time cleaning up, but that was expected. Two great bedrooms even though we only used the one. Would be a great place for a family with just a couple kids. Didn’t get the chance……
