To be completely honest, I was terrified to stay here after reading some of the reviews. Let me just say, we were pleasantly surprised! I would say 7 out of 10 for sure. The check-in process was very easy. It took us about 15 mins to get squared away. We did ask for our room to be upgraded and it was very much worth the up-charge. The team that checked us in was very friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us the lay of the resort. Our room, located on the 6th floor, was super nice! We had an ocean view which was absolutely breathtaking. The room was clean upon arrival, floors freshly mopped and tons of towels. I am a bit of a clean freak so I always pack my own cleaning supplies, towels and sheets. The infinity pool was super nice. It over looked the ocean and the water was nice and WARM! Now, I will say, some of the staff is hit or miss. The staff at the outside bar, by the pool, were VERY rude. However, the staff at the buffet were friendly and helpful. The bartender on the 3rd floor made really good drinks! The staff, again, hit or miss. The food at the breakfast buffet wasn’t good in my opinion. Your best bet will be the omelette station. Needless to say, we didn’t go back for breakfast and chose to eat off the resort.
I would recommend this resort if you don’t mind traveling off the resort for more of a night life. They did have music playing around 7/8pm which was cool. The drive from the resort to the Marina is about 30 minutes and cost around $28 USD for
