I did not stay, I walked out immediately seeing a trucker fondling in the lobby, then being asked to pay more than I was quoted through Hotels.com. I told the receptionist I was not staying, and today, was billed for two nights. This entire experience was awful. Never using hotel.com again as they can’t seem to fix any of this, and NEVER stay at this hotel, it is just dark, creepy and unattended.

The hallways were smelly and noisy, the room air conditioner didn't work, hair on the pillows, ceiling had water issues near the window. We actually checked in and then checked out in 5 minutes. Hotel and Expedia offered no refund....

There was no hairdryer but they finally put one in a day and a half after we were there but the place smelled not very good

The overall experience that my family and I had to deal with was horrible. Their housekeeping staff members were very rude. When we first walked in to our room, there was a horrible smell. There wasn’t even a coffee machine and the pillows were literally as hard as a rock. Our room had two beds, one of them having cigarette stains and some other unknown stain. We ended up getting new sheets from the front desk to cover up the stain. When it was our check out time, we were running a few minutes late. Two staff members knocked on our door trying to barge in just to tell us that we needed to get out of the motel because all of the rooms are booked. We only needed 5 minutes as we were still getting ready to leave and they kept coming back to our door just to tell us to get out. They mentioned that our room was the last one that they needed to clean, which we later found out wasn’t true. We ended up paying $300 for this. Highly not recommend to stay there.

It was not a Suburban stay as it said when we booked. We arrived to an old Econo Lodge! Air conditioner sounded like a freight train whenever it was on. Tv was about 20”. No staff help!
