“The room was a nice size and very clean, but the shower was a major issue. It kept clogging every time I showered, causing the water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. I reported the problem and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up. It was very frustrating and made it difficult to shower comfortably for the rest of my stay. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the lack of follow-through on a reported maintenance issue was disappointing and negatively……
