"The staff is very helpful and accommodating. very customer service oriented. booked my tours of Addis Ababa, Lalibela and Gondar from the tour guide "Abay" at the hotel who arranged and coordinated everything...everything ran smoothly thanks.....Also stayed at this hotel from May 8th thru the 12th and I would like to thank the GM "Samson Befekadu" for arranging that extra late checkout, on my last day. as I mentioned they were very accommodating even permitting me to store our extra luggage at the hotel while we traveled to different areas at no charge.
