“This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years. The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels. Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.”

“The spa is good, but I have two comments. The jacuzzi was not clean, and there are no stairs or anything to help you get in and out of the jacuzzi, which led to my friend falling and it was scary. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t get to see anything else because there was no light.”

“An excellent hotel with Clean room, friendly staff and varied breakfast menu. The shuttle service needs to be ontime when collecting and dropping prpople from abd to the airport.”

“We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful.”
