“The Texan was exactly what I expected, rustic, and perfect for a two-day weekend. Located a short drive from county road 20 or 30 and the Alpine Loop. Some of the best views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.”

“The apartment was very nice. Finding the place was a little difficult. It would have been nice to have an address on the property, and to know that it was behind a gas station and connected to a garage. The pictures were a little misleading. But otherwise it was a very pleasant place to stay.”

“Host did not respond or was not available on day of check in. Cabin had no heat (fireplace was not working and did not work over the two days we were there. The host did bring two space heaters the following morning, one of them never worked. Location was poor as it was right on Main Street and across from ATV rental/repair business. Overall we tried to make the best of it but it was a disappointing experience.”

“Close to everything. Clean, plenty of parking and quite at night. Nice little place to stay in Lake City.”
