My room was just as expected - very clean with expected amenities and a beautiful view of Lake Erie. Room service options were very limited but there were lots of options within walking distance or through a delivery service. Would stay here again. "

"Not the best downtown hotel I have stayed at. It appears perhaps homeless people or displaced people are staying on several floors. I did not feel very comfortable nor safe. My floor the 4th floor was clean and up to date. Elevator was a bit sketchy. Free breakfast was a nice offering. Parking was only $20 which was reasonable."
