“The hallways were never vacuumed. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was not very good. There was only one front desk staff who greeted us with a smile and a hello. The other three staff did not even look up or offer a greeting when we approached the desk. I will not be staying here again.”

“The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that.”

“U only get 4 waterpark passes with the room, this is so frustrating, esp when the room sleeps 6!! I think paying adults should also get passes. I would have liked to sit in the hot tub and not have had to pay an extra $22 for a waterpark pass just to do so!! The bonus is u can use the pass the following day if u want. The waterpark and room were pretty clean. The breakfast is fine. Overall a good stay!!”

“I really have no complaints. Your lodge is amazing. Not like regular hotels. It is unique, beautiful inside and out. I love all the wood, it gives a warm feel to the place. Makes you WANT to come back. Cozy feel to the place. Staff was great, first person I saw, was Sarah. Very up beat, friendly and takes great care of your needs. Breakfast food pretty much of a wide selection for whatever you may want. Neat, clean and orderly. They come often to check that they don't run out. Delicious!! Our……

“Very helpful staff”

“No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.”

“They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car”
