"We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. It was a brief stay as we needed one nite before flying home. Dorint was the perfect choice. The shuttle from the airport made the difference in my decision. Staff was wonderfulz I want to acknowledge Ms. “Cha Cha” Pan at the bar and restaurant section. She was great, professional and friendly. It was slow when we sat down but filled up pretty quickly and she handled the entire section with grace and ease. We had a cheese platter and the yummy wine she recommended. The ambiance was cozy and nice. I Highly recommend this hotel for your travel needs! "

"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality.
