“My room appeared clean, but upon closer ins0ection, it most definitely was not. Found an acrylic press on nail (used) under the chair, the toilet had pee all splashed under the lid. You can tell it was just lightly wiped down - not actually cleaned properly. I am a clean freak and cleaned the shower before using it, and the washcloth was dingy/discolored after I cleaned it.”

“If you are patient as well as computer literate, you will do ok. Thankfully, I was both the day of check in. We did not receive our check in email. Sent email to contact info and they got me the link I needed to start the process. “This hotel is right on the beach which is great. It is a close walk or drive to downtown Traverse City and a close walk to restaurants and fast food places. They.have a better than most breakfast bar and coffee and tea are offered all day long at the front desk. All throughout the hotel are seating arrangements for groups to gather.
