"I have stayed multiple times (5 to be exact) at this location. Unfortunately, this trip, I regretfully tried another near by hotel & checked out after only 2 days and immediately switched to the Hampton inn. As always, the staff was amazing…..friendly, informative & accommodating from moment of check in, right up until late check out. Property grounds, especially pool was always impeccable and pristinely clean. Location was convenient to specific area I was visiting. Many dining, grocery and shopping within walking distance. "

"We stayed at this property for a couple of nights and it ticked all the boxes for what we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft. I keep meaning to reach back out to the hotel to see what material the sheets are. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped and the hotel was in a quiet location with easy parking. Anyway, what I particularly liked about this hotel was the service. When we first checked into our room, we realized it had virtually no silverware - just 1 spoon and 3 knives. I called the front desk to let them know and to also ask for 2 extra pillows. The extra pillows and a full set of new silverware was delivered to the room withine 5 mins of calling. We also had a weird security issue which the hotel manager took very seriously. Someone had placed black tape over the area on the door frame where the door would latch and lock. We couldn;t figure out why the door would not lock...the door looked like it was closed but you could basically just push it back open. I had never come across this before and figured maybe the previous occupant had done it with the intention of coming back to the room the following day hoping to find the door unlocked and so they could steal stuff? Who knows? Anyway, the hotel manager accompanied us back to our room to examine the door and could not appologize enough and showed the necessary amount of concern. If I had the need to stay in this area again, I would definitely stay in this hotel."

"A reasonable business class hotel. We slept VERY well. I heard no stomping above us, so I'm assuming the hotel has a solid frame. They have a full service kitchen with breakfast made to order. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat and shop (Walmart), so if you're in on business, there is plenty within a short walking distance or an inexpensive UBER fare. "

"The hotel is surrounded by homeless and bums. The hotel smells of urine and is in deplorable condition. The curtain in the room was down, the pool was dirty, and despite canceling, they charged me for my stay."
