Lakeland Chalets

Best property in Lakeland. If I could give them a 11 star I would. Highly recommend. Clean, well kept, no hidden fees, nice gym, and very modern rooms.

It’s in a great part of Lakeland, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to I4 and other major roads. Hotel itself was very nice. Loved the high ceilings in the room we were in. Reasonably priced and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Only downside to me was there were a few chairs in the room and when you had the pullout couch bed out it was crowded and not really any place to put the chair out of the way but other than that it was excellent!

Super clean, located right next to Funding Center Arena. The restaurant was closed (bar opened in the evening) but there was a nice breakfast in the morning.

Was a nice property...

The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Trip was great

Good hotel

Great location everything was just perfect...

I was greeted on arrival by Rodney. He was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The rest of the staff were also great, especially the woman in the breakfast are, whose name I didn't catch. The breakfast food selection was very good, something for everyone's taste. I also used the pool. The area was clean and well maintained and the water was warm and clean. All in all, an excellent staff and a wonderful Hampton Inn!

Everything was great,

The stay was good. Check in was a breeze. Theyve updated a few things at the property and its kept clean. No balconies so keep that in mind.

We spent a week at TownPlace Suites by Marriott Lakeland. Staff members were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was clean hood location to tiger town. No carpets on the rooms was wonderful felt cleaner without gross hotel carpet that most hotels have. Staff was nice breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend this if visiting Lakeland area.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Walkable to several restaurants.

We were on our way to Legoland, which doesn't allow dogs. This Pet fee and room is super affordable! Room was clean, nice big fridge, bedding was soft, shower pressure was amazing and tub was big enough for a relaxing soak. We had a 2 beds and one pillow per bed. The beds didn't have top sheets which was ok because comforter was clean and very soft. The 2 towels were small so next time I will ask for extra towels. I also liked that the door had the chain lock as well as the sturdy bolt lock, ...

It was all great, staff was super amazing. Big shout out to Destiny at the reception, you rock ma'am! Will be back soon, for sure.

The bed was just a little janky but the room was good over all
