“It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured”

“Was scheduled for the wrong day on the website and now i have to drive 3 hours back home. ”

“There is a lot of good about the property and the room we stayed in. Everything is brand new, but here are some things to consider. The apartment we stayed in had two big massive windows which is awesome, but the shades are only light filtering so it's still pretty bright in the room at night. The blinds in the bedroom should have had black out blinds. So you might want to bring your own sleeping masks to help make the rooms darker. The only other downside is how loud the AC is when it turns……

“Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes.”

“You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. Other guests arriving at the same time also had not received a code. Upon messaging the company……

“Everything. The staff was amazing”

“We have stayed here twice now. Not too crowded. The scrambled eggs actually taste good. There is an additional sink outside of the bathroom, which is great for when you need to get ready while the bathroom is tied up. Pillow lovers will appreciate that there are 4 pillows for each queen bed.”

“A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”

“The bathroom door in our room would not latch or lock. The breakfast was disappointing. Waffle machine was broken, food could have been better. Room was very nice.The place was very clean. Staff was helpful”

“The reason I gave only 3 stars for the staff is because the house keeping staff did not seem to care about getting rooms ready for the next guests to checkin. They wouldn’t respond to the front Forest to see if rooms were ready. It to the general manager showing up to get them to work harder. We waited 3 hours after our checkin for our room to be ready as did many others people. The front seat people were besides themselves! Other than that it was a nice stay with nice rooms and a good……

“The rooms were clean. This hotel thought through how many outlets people typically need and it was refreshing. I don't have to bring my own power strip. The hotel is located in an ideal place, right off the freeway but just outside the crowded downtown area.”
