Surprisingly clean. Lil restaurant on site. Very clean. We thought it was going to be loud because the oil workers go to work at 0400, but we never heard a sound. I was afraid of spiders but there were none. The toilet wasn’t working but we fixed it. No soap provided. Wish they had a grassy area for dogs to pee rather than just pavement. There were a lot of discarded liquor bottles around and to the side of the property.
