Nice hotel

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.

We just loved this property due to the location from the airport. The hotel itself was just great. From its complimentary breakfast, little game section it had for your children and family entertainment, it's separate computer area, it's indoor pool, laundry room for guest.

Fabulous. I booked based on the high review and this place didn’t disappoint. Completely renovated. My room was well appointed. Bathroom brand new. New carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room choice featured a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I parked right outside my room. Area was safe. Newly paved parking lot. Lots of food options in the area.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area! Yes, you can stay at a motel for half the cost, but the experience is unique and well worth it. Rooms are beautifully staged and breakfast was amazingly delicious. Although, it was very difficult to contact the property before hand. So start calling as early as you can if you need to make any arrangements.

I grew up in Buffalo (actually Cheektowaga) and hadn't been back in 5 years. I brought my eight year old daughter along for her first Western NY experience (summer, not winter). Given health conditions of family members, we decided it was better to stay in a hotel during our stay. TownePlace was an affordable solution. This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value
