They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

“When I first got there, I was checked in by the rudest front desk clerk who is terrible had an absolutely terrible attitude didn’t offer me bottled water. Nothing truly just a piss poor attitude and then I got to the room and the room was absolutely dirty again dirty handprints all over the bathroom. The front door to the room was so dirty. There was literally dirt dripping down the back of the door in the room. Very very disappointing. Stay.”

“One one staff member for the shuttle and check in. Waited too long to check in. Got the keys only to find out the room was not cleaned. Terrible experience.”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“Staff was very friendly, check in and out went smoothly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much the same as any hotel. Only disappointment we where there 4 days and they never came to clean our room.”

“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for two nights while on a road trip. We checked in on a Thursday night and checked out on Saturday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were helpful upon check-in and were generous in giving us extra towels. The breakfast was a hot breakfast and consisted of eggs (scrambled/fried/omelette), sausages, and biscuits and gravy. There was plenty of parking on the property. The only minuses were that the sleeper……
