There was a hole on the wall, the room felt dirty, our vehicle got broken into. And it was extremely noisy, like you could hear the people coughing in the next door room

They are short staff. Stayed for 7 days, had to ask front desk twice to have the room cleaned. Fridge making a sound, staff said most are that way. Room smells.
