Features a large living room with lots of board games and a 3 in one Foosball table. Perfect for family nights or just to keep the kids busy while you relax. In town for the Strip/Fremont Street, Grand Canyon West or catch a Raiders game. Family and Friends will be within minutes of downtown, shopping centers and restaurants when you stay at this centrally-located place.

-NO SMOKING indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $500.00 fine. -CHECKOUT. Please place all trash in the trash can outside the house.

- CHECK OUT. Please place all dirty dishes in the dish washer, add soap and turn on the dishwasher. Any dishes left dirty will incur a $45 fee.

Property has it all ! Perfect location

All you need to stay , clean spacious , stayed here just for vegas trip no issues at all, the water and ac works perfect , definitely will stay here again
