Large, clean home

Bigger than I thought. Well stocked kitchen-made Christmas dinner. Lots of outdoor space and seating. Tv in all the bedrooms.

Great place 10 minutes from strip

Very nice property, much larger than expected. Strip is very short drive away, Henderson casinos even shorter drive (and free parking). Loved the outdoor eating area, pool was great, wifi was fast, neighborhood very nice (and quiet). Host made check in process easy and stress free and was very quick responding to any questions we had throughout the week.

Turkey day get away

Very nice house and well equipped best equipped ever stayed in all the way down to box of trash bags and paper towels Only complaint is the thermostat defaults to lower temp than we liked every 2 hours and it was colder for florida people

Always a great time

We have stayed at this house several times, and it is always a great vacation. We love being able to have our four legged kids with us too. We really enjoy being close to the strip but yet far enough away to have the quiet and privacy. Neil & Sherry have always been responsive and attentive to any of our questions or concerns. We hope to be back soon.

Great home, good location

We spent a 2 week vacation in this house. The home was very clean, we had everything we could imagine. The beds were very comfortable. The large pool was nice and the outdoor area was very enjoyable. The communication between us and home owner was very friendly. He replied to our questions immediately. We highly recommend this house!

Family vacation

This property was great. There was 5 adults in this home and we had more room than we expected. This house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was good size, the yard and pool were exceptional. I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Vegas.

Great rental

Nice house with lots of room in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Neil when I had questions. The mini golf in the backyard was a lot of fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Henderson oasis

Clean house in a nice neighborhood in Henderson, NV. The backyard is amazing with a solar-heated swimming pool, putting green and plenty of shade. Love the place.

Wonderful place,. golf themed yard a bonus, pool and hot tub were wonderful! Excellent location, close to everything, but very QUITE! House has great floorplan and everything was in good working order.

Awesome stay!

We were visiting family for 6 weeks and cannot say enough about Neil and Sherri, not to mention how much we enjoyed the house and backyard. Very quick to respond to any questions and resolve anything needed (added cable TV), which we appreciated. We had our 2 dogs with and they also enjoyed the beautiful backyard. We would highly recommend and will be back to stay!

Very pleasant

Very nice, clean, and relaxing home. The pool was wonderful as well. Convenient to the airport and the strip, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet setting of the neighborhood. Place was well equipped. Thought they were short on towels until we did our laundry and found some left in the dryer. Would definitely stay here on my next trip out

We had a Great time!!

The location is very convenient to restaurants, casinos, freeway, etc. The house is exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were nice and my dogs loved the big yard. The house is clean and the primary bed was comfortable. We only used the one bedroom. We will definitely rent again!

house was great, pool and hot tub nice just a little dirty, dont think the pool vaccum works real good, i cleaned the pool everyday for a few minutes, has nets to clean pool, back yard is big, golf course across street is nice, wish the property was mine

CLEAN - QUIET - RELAXING!!!!

This is the absolutely perfect place and location! We stayed for the World of Concrete convention. It was 20 minutes away from the convention, 2 streets and your there! Super easy to get to and you don't have to deal with any of the tourist! But the best thing is you get all the amenities of being a tourist shows, great food, and if your a door dasher/grub hubber this is perfect for you as you get over 800 places to choose from!!!!!

Perfect location easy access everywhere. The pool and spa was awesome.

We had a great trip. The house was great. My girls played in the warm pool every day. The golf courses in walking distance. The course was in pretty rough shape but the greens were good. I would like to see a new mattress in the master bedroom. I give our stay in five star rating. Neal was awesome to communicate with.

We enjoyed every moment . The house was just as described. Inside was perfect for 5 adults. Well stocked with everything you need. Backyard was like an oasis with pool, outdoor cooking and nine hole putting green. Communication with owner was easy, always available to answer any questions. Neighborhood was quiet.
