“Clean room and lots of parking staff was friendly and helpful”

“Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly staff. The room was cleaned properly but I just had to call the front desk & they handled this immediately & arranged a new room for us. No questions asked! Wonderful”

“The property was Amazing! We had one of the junior suites, that open up to your own deck with lounge chairs and the beach is right in front of you! The staff was fantastic and the only thing that I would change, would be to have a water cooler for guests. But truly that is not a necessity! Unfortunately the beach throughout the ENTIRE coast was covered in kelp and seaweed. But still can't wait to return!!”

“Valet and desk staff were friendly. We got a one bedroom suite and it was spacious but dirty. The balcony was gross, the floors in room were dorty, left over crackers and food in kitchen cabinets from who knows how many guests before us. The location is not very close to the beach. You will have to drive and pay for parking. The pool was also dirty with pigeon poop all over and not many pool loungers so we could not really enjoy the pool. Also shower water pressure was poor.”

“Any minor noise in hallway and in other rooms easily heard in our room making it very difficult to sleep at night or in the morning. Valet guys seem very overwhelmed. Not very friendly or communicative. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was overpriced, poorly made and not very tasty. Location was great and description on room placement was perfect.”
