"There was no remote in our room when we got there. They did bring us one, then the microwave didn't work, they replaced this. Then we went to the pool, they closed the slide after we were there for 2 hours, didn't reopen during the 2 days of our stay (the slide was the main reason we chose this hotel) then we went to swim before we checked out, and the entire pool was closed. The staff were friendly, just wasn't pleased with the amenities or lack of access to the amenities we essentially paid for but we're unable to access."
