“Dit is een prima hotel met ruime kamers en een balkon. Voor een goed uitzicht moet je aan de kant van de rivier zitten. Als het erg warm is, pak dan de andere kant die nauwelijks zon krijgt. Goed ontbijt en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden. Airco maakte wat lawaai.”

“Excellent établissement avec un tarif correspondant aux prestations SPA. Petit déjeuner tres copieux et tres varié....personnel du petit déjeuner tres agréable. Petit bemol pour la superbe piscine....les enfants en bas âge qui hurlent sans être repris par les parents qui s amusent avec eux comme s ils étaient dans un jardin aquatique extérieur....très dommage pour se détendre. Il mériterait que qques consignes soient données à l accueil pour l espace piscine avec les réservations enfants.”

“Die Lage ist grundsätzlich mittelmäßig, wenn man - so wie wir - mit dem Rad und dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist es praktisch, weil man kostenlos parken kann und in 4-5 min mit dem Rad in der Stadt ist, zu Fuß ist es etwas weit! Was aber UNBEDINGT empfehlenswert ist, ist ein Zimmer Richtung „Garten“ (der kein echter Garten ist, sondern eine Art steinerner Hinterhof), denn sonst schläft man direkt zur Hauptstrasse hin und das ist glaube ich kein Spaß 😓 Nach hinten in den Garten ist es hingegen sehr……

“We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. We returned at noon and were told to come back at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., we were told it would not be……

“Je rapproche à Expedia de n'avoir pas transmis le code d’accès indispensable. Kitchinette bien équipée, ménage en milieu de semaine appréciable, salle d'eau hyper fonctionnelle. Un petit bémol pour le côté tristounet de la décoration.”

“Disappointing rip-off, The "Deluxe" apartment should be renamed "Debris" apartment. We booked this so-called "Deluxe" apartment at EUR 330/night. Apparently, it turned out that "deluxe" had gone on its own vacation as there was absolutely nothing deluxe about this apartment at all. A "deluxe" apartment without A/C, window shields that don't work, decorated with yard sale items and dusty lampshades and cupboards? Sure. This is France. Cleanliness: Generally clean - unless, of course, you decide……
