“Good location but very dirty. Shower curtain covered with soap. Couldn’t sit on couch due to dirty upholstery. Only two worn out bath towels. Holes in sheets. Badly in need of paint job. Security door in garage propped open with wood. Toilet paper holder fell off onto floor first time we used it.”

“The unit was completely different than the pictures. There was almost no furniture. No wifi. No towels. It was a completely empty unit. It was dirty, the floor was covered with ants and the kitchen had some strange red liquid all over it, so we did not want to stay there for health and safety reasons (plus missing advertised amenities and furniture). We had to stay somewhere else. Tried contacting the host several times, no response. Vrbo won't refund us either, so now we paid for a listing that……

“When we got there the bed sheets were wet, hand stains on the wall, one of the kids sat on the bed and immediately got a rash. There appeared to be someone living there stuff all over the place. And what looked like mold on one wall and multiple stains on the carpet. Don’t book this location, I would not put my dog in this room.!!!”

“The property was conveniently located and easy to find. It served its purpose which was to be a dog friendly place to stay for the weekend. Luckily I was not planning to host anyone or even be at the property much myself. Upon arrival, I was informed that the shower did not work in the primary bath. I don't like baths, definitely not in vacation homes anyway so very inconvenient to have to use the hall bathroom for a shower. It should have been repaired before my arrival. The furniture……

“We enjoyed the BBQ pit and how close the room is to the Waterpark. We also liked the option to order food and drinks to be delivered from the Waterpark. The light in the kitchen flashes like a strobe light so we used a lamp for light in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again.”

I felt very safe there and the little village of Volente was a happy peaceful place to be. I would stay there again any time.”
