"The island is beautiful and we had a great stay overall! We loved being on the lake and close to natural beauty. The restaurant/bar and pool are very fun. I was a little frustrated that we do not get all the details for entering the gate, parking, etc, and had to get a hold of the host to get all that but she was available and responsive. It would have been super helpful if there was 24 hour notice with all that. The unit is clean and basics were good for cost. We would love to return and stay in another unit on the property for a little more money. Some of the areas need repair/updating but great for the money! The Staff and guests were all very cool."

"We stayed Friday to Monday with family and friends. Check in was a breeze, the home was ready and nice and cool when we walked in. Which was really nice because we were hitting the 90s at check in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. They did have a nice clean grill but we brought our Blackstone and grilled down on the large stone patio downstairs. It was really nice to grill with the lake view and in the shade. The upstairs game room was a hit! It was nice that it wasnt tucked away in some other part of the house because we were all able to stay together and watch the basketball games on the large flat-screen TV in the living room. The view was amazing, we sat out on the deck and watched the deer, the bats and even a few coyotes one night. The rooms were great and everyone enjoyed the space in each room. The beds were comfy and the sheets were so soft and helped me get a great night sleep. We would totally recommend the large lake house for family and friends to share. "

"We enjoyed our stay for spring break week. Ashley had great communication with me about everything. We looked forward to using the bbq pit but it was not well maintained so we felt it could be a fire hazard, so we did not get to use it. Pet hair was visible on the couches and bed covers. Dogs are allowed which is nice, but special attention should be made by the cleaners to address these areas for smells and animal hair. "

"The kitchen had plates, cups, silverware, a microwave, fridge, and stove. There was one shower. The other (master) bedroom had a jetted tub. The toilets are elongated, which is a personal preference. The one was older, do I had to wiggle the handle to make sure it didn't stick running. The staff was very friendly."

"This lake house is well worth the stay! It's conveniently located near hiking trails and state parks. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and visiting local attractions. It's definitely worth the stay and a great value! "
