“Easy stay”

“Great location, nice place, only issues were confusion over which apt we were staying in. Walked in on another stay due to to different apt numbers sent in confirmation. Got wifi info for the first that did not work in 2nd. Messaged host but never got a response and never had wifi access. Parking was difficult as we checked in late. ”

“There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. “Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude.”

“Arrived and I don't know where I thought this was an apartment but it is not. This is basically a house that the owners split half of it as this 1 bedroom thing. There was a connecting door that you could hear the kids and owners in the other room basically. Think of your dogs sniffing down by the door LOL this is what I felt like with this property. I came in from Frisco to help volunteer with the search and rescue and booked this thinking it was a good fit. Was not. Even though the owners left...
