This is George, he was a member of the Odd Fellow fraternal society in the late 1800's and donated his skeleton to be used for rituals which is now on display at the winery. I've heard he prefers Merlot.

"The bed alone is worth a 5-star rating - so comfy!!! I slept like a baby. The room was clean. I loved the wristband door keys. The hotel staff was super friendly, the bars/restaurants were great to have, the complimentary shuttle service was wonderful, and the pools were awesome.
