“All good”

“The hotel was located in an industrial area. It is older. The staff was pleasant. The room worked for sleeping sort of. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. The hot water pressure coming out of the bathroom sink was low and the water never got hot. The shower worked. The breakfast was great! ”

“Clean and functional. Only issue was low pressure in the shower. The pool was closed until warmer weather. The continental breakfast is small but acceptable. Convenient location to restaurants, stores, and interstates/highways. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Customer service was very poor, The tv didn’t work and we kept asking for help and no one came and they wouldn’t switch rooms. Very frustrating and disappointing. ”

“Very clean and well maintained property ”

“The good news: Guadalupe and her kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. She made the biscuits from scratch and was constantly checking to see that all was good. The room was missing a remote for the TV, a hair dryer, and a coffee pot. The guy at the desk in the lobby in the evening made no effort to help. The only thing replaced during our 2-day stay was the hair dryer.”

“Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location.”

“It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time.”

“Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. ”

“The staff was very nice. It was, however, doing a brand remodel/renovation to become a Hilton Spark which made it a bit confusing to find. As a result the pool area and common area were not usable and there was no breakfast provided. Had i know about the renovations, i probably would have passed. ”

“On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. ”

“Breakfast was fresh. Shuttle was so helpful back and forth to the airport. Great pizza restaurant in the Hilton next door. ”

“My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.”

“Hotel portion looks like nothing has been changed or updated since whenever it was built. Every door we passed had missing parts of trim. Our outlets were loose and almost impossible to plug anything into. ”
