This is George, he was a member of the Odd Fellow fraternal society in the late 1800's and donated his skeleton to be used for rituals which is now on display at the winery. I've heard he prefers Merlot.

"Super clean,.modern, may the rates remain reasonable! Felt so comfortable, and all the amenities were amazing.. quiet area,.easy to get to everything downtown. Out of the way, yet close! River walk is beautiful backdrop! The Show pony restaurant and bar is 10/10!! We will return!!! 10/10!!!!!!"
