“My reservation got cancel a week prior my stay. Apparently the owner of the unit cancel the reservation without any explanation. This was a trip that was planned since the beginning of this year. Can you imagine going to New York in this cold weather to find out you don’t have a place to stay??? I know I found out a week prior but can you imagine??? Still it was so difficult to find another hotel where to stay last minute. That’s not the right way to do bussines. I also had to wait more than 2……

“Everything was to my liking especially for my bday staycation. Nazar, Bianca and jimmy accommodated me plus threw in some extra perks, they are the perfect trio. If you ever check-in with the front desk I hope you had the honor of them assisting you. Very hospitable and polite crew at sixty Les. Although, this was not my first time, this was my first impression of them and they sure left a great one. ”

“Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working. ”
