"Very dirty, dirty linens, smelly, Did not stay there. Not livable. Written smoke free but everywhere is smoking smell. Terrible. "

"We got free shuttle from hotel that was great just about the only thing that was. The driver didn't even acknowledge us on collection as he was to preoccupied with a female cabin crew from an airline they seem to use this hotel a lot . Check in was simple but again very arrogant staff no conversation,not interested in where your from or getting to know customers at all, unless you're cabin crew. Just given room key and told your down the hall Free tea and coffee in reception only nothing in rooms and a light buffet style breakfast which is ok. For a no frills overnight stay it's ok but don't expect any good conversations from check in or drivers. There website says you get 10% off your dinner at Applebee's which Applebee's don't know anything about but they do honour it if you show them in black and white."

"Room was clean, but dated. Sadly, the air conditioning did not work at all even after we had someone come take a look and supposedly fixed it. It was 74 degrees in the room at all times for two days. Breakfast is cook to serve for $15 per person. Good point, at least the don't make you pay for self parking in their parking lot like Holiday Inn Express."

"I stayed here in order to visit Teddy Roosevelt’s Sagamore Hill. The hotel’s decor is charming, especially if you’re a Burt Bacharach fan. Staff were helpful and courteous, and several good restaurants are within a very short walking distance. The only downside is that it’s easy to hear activity in the adjacent rooms, but fortunately, I had quiet neighbors (YMMV)."

"Everyone and thing was great except the check out clerk. We asked about applying our hotel stay to our Marriott account and he said we could but wouldn’t help us find how we could pull up our account numbers online. He eventually asked us for our phone numbers and pulled it up but let us struggle for almost 10 minutes before helping. I do want to say that the lady helping with breakfast on Tues April 28 was super friendly and helpful."

"Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."
