"The property location was great. Staff were friendly. WiFi was not working, the elevators were slow and out of four, only two worked and staff said the two hadn’t been repaired in some time. My porch was more like a small narrow landing out of metal and concrete and pigeon poop. It was a beautiful view and I loved my room but the deck landing was a bit sketchy."

"Sadly I was not impressed by this '4-star'. Check-in was painfully slow (waited for over 10 min.), someone needs to look into their processes, why they are so much slower than all the other hotels I've been to. Two people behind the counter and a 3rd watching instead of helping, maybe you are a manager, but when you see a line of 10 guests forming, you get hands on and help your team. The they have 3 elevators, but 2 were out of order and the last one, the buttons on the left side weren't working, not very reassuring. Finally the soundproofing is terrible, when my neighbour would couch or sneeze, I thought they were in my room... Imagine when they decided to watch TV at 5.30 am. "
