"Tried getting a hold of staff to let them know I was going to be late arrival could not get a hold of anyone. So I was concerned when I got there if my room was still going to be available. When I got there the room she put me in 315 was not cleaned or ready but she was able to put me in 215 with same accommodations. I was worried of people above but no noise. Prices of rooms the water left in rooms should be free if you ask me. Prices were a little steep. But views were nice."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not the best. Couldn't find any programs to watch on TV most were audio only no picture. The ice machine on 1st floor did not work. But they don't charge for pets and we have a 5 lb chiwahwa that stays in a playpen when traveling so I hate pating large fees for her when her feet never even touch the floor."

"It was a good stay. I would appreciate if the in room coffee maker were pod acceptable. I carry my own coffee. And really there’s no problems with this place. Although it would’ve been nice for the ice machine to be working on the second level. But I found the staff to be very courteous and friendly."

"The room wasn't ready. They switched us to another room. That room was barely finished. The floors were soaked and stunk with extremely strong smell of Fabuloso. We had to wait with the door open for the smell to go away and floor yo dry. Our daughter had a room next to us that stunk like a dirty sponge. She had to move. The window sill had thick dust and bugs dried up. We weren't happy. The manager was nice to us and friendly. "

"Lacking in amenities-no coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner. Not a convenient area of town to get coffee or anything else. They indicated they would clean the room every other day but did not clean it or replace towels at all during my 4 day stay. They did leave the light on but that’s about all - fine if you just need a place to sleep."

"Everything was disgusting. Stained. Equipment not working in fitness area. Dirty. Carpet in rooms not vacuumed. Couch bed was a piece of stained foam. "

"Room was ok for what we needed. Tim at front desk was a cool dude , very friendly. Good view of the lake ,very handy location and value priced. Just there for one night. "
