“When I arrived I was early and asked if I could use lobby restroom and I’d check in if after 3 pm. The bathroom in lobby was not working, the employee looked up my reservation and told me my room was ready. I asked could I use restroom in my room, and she said she’d have to charge me $25 for early check-in, I was being charged for their restroom being out of order. I paid the $25, and checked in early. When I went in the restroom there were 2 dead bugs on the bathroom floor, a little……
“The Swimg pool was dirty and stuff floating around. On the bottom of the pool there were stuff including a big spider. I decided not to risk swimming as I did not want to get anytype of infections. I reported the issue to front desk clerk and she responded that other use the swiming pool, I asked her if someone had been outside to see the swimming pool today and she responded no.”
“Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; we really liked them as people and for their customer service skills. The breakfast was very nice, parking was easy and plentiful. The location was perfect for us; its not in the downtown part of Granbury, but a 3 minute drive if you get stopped at the red light.”
“very unsanitary carpet in the room had stains om the carpet from animals and dog running free in the lobby pooping in the breakfast area. cars parked all over the place instead of in parking spots.”
“I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. Our cabin was really nice with great views. However, there were ants in our cabin’s bunk room that covered my clothes in the morning. The stairs leading……
