I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen. Your staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day. Parking was easy. "

The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "

The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
