Our room (the best)was located in a converted bungalow over the road , on arrival i was handed rhe keys and told its over there!! The room was clean but tired .there was no fridge to keep anything cool The weather was extremely hot ,hottest on record, there was no air con , just a small fan in the room which was extremely hot , i had brought an additional fan with me as a precaution . “Very noisy because of the pub below so until 23:00 loud then from 05:00 in the morning music starts again and people singing so if you want to party I guess it’s the right place but if you want to rest get yourself a proper hotel room, me personally I wouldn’t go back ”

“Unfortunately, the room temperature was hot beyond any reasonable level. Being British and living in an old home here in the UK I understand how hot upper level rooms can get in the extreme heat and was expecting the temperature to be excessive. The actual temperature was beyond extreme and the fan provided did not oscillate and was extremely noisy. I’m not sure rooms should be sold and certainly not a full price in such extreme temperatures. Thankfully we had booked to go to an event that……

“The hotel serves great breakfast, however it suits mostly for people with car, if not you will be wasting lots of time in transportation to get in and out there”

“Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)”

“For a country pub, the room was very well equipped with comfy bed, excellent shower and everything I could need. Food delicious, Staff helpful and breakfast waitress in particular was friendly and caring.”
