“The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . ”

“Very friendly and efficient checkin on arrival. Heating all switched on in room, when we arrived so was wonderfully warm. Christmas stocking with some "Goodies"hanging on our bedroom door-knob on Christmas morning. Excellent service throghout our stay.”

“Great location. The hotel is almost next door to the railway station. The room is clean, warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that there is no lift and the staircase is very narrow, which made carrying four suitcases upstairs a real challenge.”
